Valencia and Madrid

image003In 2014 it will be 20 years since my Solo expedition to the South Pole. I reached the South Pole Christmas Eve. My best Christmas present ever! Now my book about the expedition «Good Girld do not Ski to the South Pole» will be published in Spanish and launched in Valencia and Madrid November 27 – 29, 2013.

Liv is a Norwegian educator, cross-country skier, adventurer, guide, and motivational speaker. Arnesen led the first unsupported women’s crossing of the Greenland Ice Cap in 1992. In 1994, she made international headlines becoming the first woman in the world to ski solo and unsupported to the South pole – a 50-day expedition of 745 miles (1,200 km).
