Skiing i Utah
After lectures in California I had some great days in Utah downhill skiing with friends from Damenes skiklubb. I have not been downhill skiing for years, so I had to push myself with these great skiers and I also had to give in a couple of times… Best memory: Powder skiing in Alta! It is 32 years since I worked as x-country & telemark ski instructor in Park City (!). The first man I met at the South Pole Christmas Eve after 50 days without talking to anybody,- was a man I had taught x-country skiing in Park City….
