WAGGGS´ World Conference 2011

More than 390 delegates from 122 Member Organizations around the world will come together to make key decisions about the future of the Movement, and celebrate the centenary of international Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting. There will be input from keynote speakers, and training and educational opportunities. More info here. I´m honored to be invited to be a key note speaker July 15th.

About Liv

Liv is a Norwegian educator, cross-country skier, adventurer, guide, and motivational speaker. Arnesen led the first unsupported women’s crossing of the Greenland Ice Cap in 1992. In 1994, she made international headlines becoming the first woman in the world to ski solo and unsupported to the South pole – a 50-day expedition of 745 miles (1,200 km).
